SUMMER INTERNSHIPS
The Pit Surf Shop & Boardriders Grill
The Pit is seeking one to three college students for summer internships in 2010.
Interns will have the opportunity to learn the realities of small business marketing, management, and operations.
Talent and experience in the following areas will factor into the offer process:
Broadly: Marketing, Promotion, Photography, and Social Media
More specifically (including, but not limited to):
Marketing via print, internet (web site, social media, & online ticketing), street teams, texting programs
Promotion through campaign and event creation through management and execution of projects
Photography of events, products, and the facility for web, print, and email campaigns
and
Social Media experience producing and managing content on Twitter, Facebook, MySpace, etc.
Schedule and quantity of hours can be tailored to meet school requirements.
Program runs mid-May through late August 2010.
